a really big thank you for your hospitality,everything was perfect,we couldnt beleive room 11,still cant,you made a nights stay feel like a well needed holiday,we did not want to leave needless to say we will be in touch in the near future to book a longer stay, and shall let our friends know about your great hotel,oh! we enjoyed our swim in the bath too. Also, your food was excellent,both the steaks and the hearty breakfast. Thanks once again. We hope to see you in the not too distant future, Best Wishes Janet and James x

We would just like to say thank you for a wonderful stay!! Room 11 was truely amasing. The food was brilliant. In fact everything was perfect so we had a great wedding anniversary. We would love to visit you again and we will reccommend you to everyone we know. Thank you very very much.

Rod & Barbara,
Stumbled on the web site and many fond memories returned. I stayed at the hall in May of 2003 as part of a team doing some work at Sellafield. If you remember nothing else, you may remember the jam session on a Thursday evening and the trombone player that was in the mix.
The Italian Chef you had there at the time (Mossi ?) was a gem. I still remember the fish he prepared for me. English beer was superb served in a superb atmosphere.
If the Sellafield crowd stops in now and then say HI for me. I know that Rob Howe is in Paris now days. Say hello to all of your staff. I hope to return one of these days with less work on the agenda and more time to enjoy.
