The Pie Story
The homemade pie was introduced onto the Gosforth Hall Menu in January 2008. It is achieving legendary status in the area with nearly 5000 pies having been sold todate.

From pastry to gravy our pies are all made in house by Rod.
The Steak, Bacon and Mushroom pie is the flagship that is always available. A vegetarian pie is usually available and is proving popular, with Stilton and Brocolli making a regular appearance.
Over the years Rod has added Moroccan Lamb, Wild Game & Plum, Veal, Venison & Haggis, Pulled Pork & Chilli, Chicken, Feta &Sun Dried Tomatoes, Chicken & Leek, Thai Curry, Wild Boar, Wholegrain Mustard & Apple and a host of others to his repotoire. These are usually available on a rolling basis.
So if you are frustrated with puff pastry tops, slices of mass produced pie, cheap ingredients or are just looking for arguably the best pie available - look no further.
