Three Peaks Challenge

This page is intended to provide information to our guests, and visitors to the area who are intending to climb Scafell Pike, either on its own or as part of a 'Three Peaks Challenge'. Gosforth Hall Inn is 10 minutes drive from Wasdale and therefore a perfect base from which to climb Scafell Pike.

Safety First

We would advise that before you set off on you walk, always notify someone of your intentions to walk in the fells. Tell them your expected route and your expected completion time. Arrange to call them once you are back down.
